The service

PaintMeArt turns your photo into an AI-assisted portrait or a made-to-order keepsake, delivered as a digital download or a printed product — poster, framed poster, canvas, square art pillow, shaped pet pillow, or beach towel. Shaped pet pillows are printed on the front only with a white reverse, die-cut to your subject with a subtle approximate white outline, are spot-clean only, and ship within the United States. No account is required — every order is a one-time transaction tied to your email address.

AI disclosure

All portraits are created with the assistance of AI image-generation technology, guided and reviewed in our studio. The generated portrait is an artistic interpretation of your photo — minor variations from the preview are a natural part of the process.

Your photo and content

You confirm you have the right to upload the photo you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You retain ownership of your original photo. You receive full usage rights to your generated portrait for personal use.

Free previews

Each verified email address may generate one free watermarked preview per available art style. Once a style has been generated for an email address, generating it again requires a paid order.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD. Physical products ship to United States addresses only, with free US shipping. Digital portraits are delivered by email worldwide.

Cancellation & refund policy

Every PaintMeArt order is a custom item made to order from your photo. The following terms apply:

• Digital downloads: You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the download link has been sent to you. Once the digital file has been delivered, the order is non-refundable, as it is a custom digital item delivered immediately — except where the file is defective or does not match the style you selected, in which case we will fix it or refund you in full.
• Physical products (poster, framed poster, canvas, square art pillow, shaped pet pillow, and beach towel): Every item is custom-made to order specifically for you. You may cancel for a full refund only before your item enters production. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering at hello@paintmeart.com and we will confirm whether production has begun. Once your item has entered production it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as it is made to your photo and cannot be resold. This does not affect your rights for defective, damaged, or lost items, described below.
• Defective or damaged products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a free reprint or full refund. Contact us with photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
• Lost shipments: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund or reprint at no charge.

Shipping

Physical orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of production. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

PaintMeArt is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order.
